Motion Tweening

Select your image and convert your image to a symbol – graphic symbol

Insert a keyframe (F6) where you want the tween to end

You can use the transform tool to change the size of it, and you can also move the symbol around. You can use a motion tween to fade out, change colour, blur and do other effects, by changing the settings – I’m only going to move it.

Right click between the two keyframes and click create motion tween.

You can press enter to test it out. As you can see the symbol moves to the second keyframe’s position and if you made any other changes to it, there will be a transition automatically made between the two keys.

Next, to improve this effect we add something called easing. Easing is basically acceleration and deceleration. -100 easing will get the object to accelerate (start off slow and end up faster) and +100 easing will get the object to decelerate (start off faster and end up slower). This makes movement more realistic, because movements in real life accelerate and decelerate
